Outside the library conference window, the snow fell in a mixture of rain and ice. As far as I could see, the white blanket of snow coated the ground. I took another glance at Daniel, he was wearing flip flops in January, and all I could think of were his toes.
--- How would you react if you saw a homeless man without shoes? Oh, wait. Maybe you would hear from God about warming some toes, only to do what I did, argue with God. God offers compassion and I can do the same. Warm toes. Jesus would do that for me.
